Karunya

Karunya is the director of the School Leadership and Teacher Empowerment Program at Vidhya Vidhai. She is a medical microbiologist, who developed a profound interest in the development sector, and has been involved in the education space for seven years. She has led the School Leadership and Teacher Empowerment Program (SLATE) at Vidhya Vidhai as well.
Karunya’s expertise is deeply rooted in enhancing the teaching-learning experience with innovative pedagogies.
