Namrata Sharma leads the Post-Fellowship Success vertical at i-Saksham. Here, she supports young women from rural Bihar in navigating pathways toward meaningful careers and leadership roles. Namrata has also spent two years in the corporate sector at Wipro, Kolkata. A rural development professional from Northeast India, she brings over a decade of core grassroots experience across Bihar and Jharkhand. She is committed to gender justice and sustainable development, and to empowering first-generation learners build their voice and make informed choices.
