In the Ground Zero article, we discuss how organizations across the country are working towards enhancing quality to ensure equity in educational outcomes, and thereby ensuring continuous school improvement processes.

In the photo essay ‘Learning Spaces Beyond the Classroom,’ we see children from spaces as far apart as Udaipur in Rajasthan and Bargarh in Odisha participate in learning festivals, cook in kitchens, hug trees to connect with nature, and meditate out in the open… The joy in their faces alert us to the need for all of us to step out of the classroom and to step into our own selves.

The ‘Ground Zero’ piece captures experiences of organizations across the country that are working in visual arts education with objectives as diverse as developing 21 st century learning and life skills in children, creating safe spaces for them and fostering their holistic growth and development.
