Aadi Rungta

Aadi Rungta is Director of Organization Development and Program Leadership at The Education Alliance (TEA), proposing structural reforms to build learning-ready schools across India. Over 15 years, he has worked as a Teach For India Fellow, at 3.2.1 Education Foundation, and within Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister’s office on state reform. At TEA, he leads Project ATLAS, a framework for assessing school and system learning-readiness, which aims to structurally redesign India’s school map. He also proposes “RTE 2.0,” a shift in India’s Right to Education framework from input compliance to guaranteed learning-ready school standards. Aadi is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
